EaseToLearn is committed to providing quality digital courses to help students crack their competitive exams. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for students who wish to cancel their enrollment or request a refund. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all digital courses offered by EaseToLearn. It covers student-initiated cancellations as well as cancellations made by the platform.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Student-Initiated Cancellations
- Cancellation Period: Students may cancel their enrollment within 24 hours from the date and time of purchase for a full refund, provided that no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
- Partial Refunds:
- If a cancellation request is received after the initial 24 hours period but before the student has accessed 50% of the course, a partial refund of up to 50% of the course fee may be granted.
- If more than 50% of the course content has been accessed, the enrollment is considered complete, and no refund will be issued.
3.2 Platform-Initiated Cancellations
EaseToLearn reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, low enrollment, or changes in course content). In such cases:
- Students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Requests
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to [info@easetolearn.com] with your order confirmation number and a brief explanation for the cancellation.
- All refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days. If additional information is required, our support team will contact you.
4.2 Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
- Any applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount once the course content has been accessed beyond the initial cancellation period.
4.3 Non-Refundable Fees
- Fees associated with digital course materials, special promotions, or bundled offers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- No refunds will be issued for courses that have been fully accessed or completed.
5. Limitations & Exclusions
- Access-Based Limitations: Refunds are not applicable if the student has accessed more than the specified thresholds (i.e., 10% for full refunds or 50% for partial refunds).
- Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties preventing course access, please contact our support team immediately. EaseToLearn will work to resolve the issue and may provide a refund only if the problem cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
- Third-Party Transactions: EaseToLearn is not responsible for issues or delays caused by third-party payment processors.
6. Amendments to the Policy
EaseToLearn reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. All changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. It is the responsibility of the student to review the policy periodically.
