OVERVIEW OF KSET EXAM DETAILS

The Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) is an annual exam conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) to determine the eligibility of candidates for the position of Assistant Professor in universities, colleges, and other institutions of higher education in the state of Karnataka. The purpose of the KSET exam is to qualify candidates for Assistant Professor roles in government, aided, and private colleges/universities in Karnataka.

The KSET 2024 exam will consist of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 will be of 100 marks, and Paper 2 will also be of 100 marks. The exam will be conducted in offline mode through OMR sheets, with a total duration of 3 hours.

KSET How to Apply 2024

1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) website athttp://kea.kar.nic.in.
2. Click on KSET Application Link: On the homepage, look for the link to apply for the KSET 2024 exam and click on it.
3. Register and Create Account: If you are a new user, you will need to register and create an account on the portal by providing the required personal and contact details.
4. Fill Application Form: After logging in, proceed to fill out the KSET 2024 application form. This will include entering your:
• Personal information (name, date of birth, category, etc.)
• Educational qualifications
• Exam preferences and other details
5. Upload Documents: You will be required to upload scanned copies of your photograph and signature as per the specified size and format.
