CGPDTM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 2023

Read the following CGPDTM Recruitment eligibility criteriafor each role before submitting an application for the Examiner of Patent and Designs Recruitment 2023.

(a) Nationality: A candidate must be unmarried male/female and must be:

(i) a citizen of India, or

(ii) a subject of Bhutan, or

(iii) a subject of Nepal, or

(iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st of January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or

(v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and East African Countries of Kenya, UgaIBPS Clerk, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

As long as the candidate falls under category (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) above, they must be someone in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been given by the Government of India on or before the last date of submission of application.
